The Lemurians were an ancient civilization whose consciousness was center on their emotions and spirituality as opposed to our more intellectual and inventive based counterpart, the Atlanteans. Both civilizations ultimately imploded by failing to find a balance between these dimensions of consciousness; Atlantis, sinking into the Atlantic Ocean, and Lemuria, sinking into the Pacific.
